WELCOME! I am excited about our collaboration and look forward to supporting you on this incredible journey.

To establish a strong coach-client partnership and collaboratively pave the way towards your goals, it is crucial for both of us to fully embrace our respective roles.

THE CO-CREATIVE RELATIONSHIP

The relationship between a coach and client is Co-Creative, meaning that we are equals. I am not a therapist, counselor or consultant. I am a trained coach using honed communication skills to support you as a thinking partner. Together we create more power for you to effect meaningful change and take dynamic actions towards your goals.

EXPECTATIONS

My Role - What I do as Your Coach:

  • Hold you accountable to what you tell me you want
  • Listen openly and actively
  • Ask powerful questions that help you tap into your own wisdom
  • Reflect/mirror back to you what I hear from and see in you
  • Help you clarify and focus on your definition of success

  • Advocate for your highest intentions
  • Believe in you and your greatest potential
  • Respect and adhere to the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics (https://coachfederation.org/code-of-ethics)

Not My Role - What I Do Not Do As Your Coach:

  • Diagnose or treat anything
  • Solve your problems for you
  • Do any of your work for you
  • “Fix” you (because you’re not broken!)
  • Judge you or impose my own opinions on you
  • Give you “hard” advice (e.g. legal, financial, etc.)
  • Take responsibility for you or your actions

Your Role - What I ask You As My Client:

  • Have an agenda ready for each session, you can email it to me 24 hours prior to our call
  • Call me on time
  • Speak your truth to me and to yourself
  • Be willing to expand your comfort zones
  • Reframe ‘failure’ as a learning opportunity
  • Approach challenges as opportunities for growth
  • Let me know if something isn’t working for you
